I'm writing this to warn everyone about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience. I was ripped off for express shipping on several pairs of glasses and would never do that again! Don't bother paying for faster shipping because you still have to wait weeks, only getting your glasses about 2 days sooner. What's worse, the customer service is among the worst I have ever experienced. I tried in vain to leave a review on their website and after a 10-minute search, I finally found a way to share my frustration. I felt compelled to engage with customer service to resolve the issue with the useless express shipping.
Customer: Hello, I paid for express shipping on my order, but it's been weeks and my glasses still haven't arrived much faster than standard. I feel ripped off for that extra charge.
