I paid $19.95 for 'next day delivery,' yet hours later, I received an email stating my order would take three business days. The glasses, which had no prescription, didn't arrive for almost a week! When I tried to resolve this, I found their customer service to be a brick wall of automated bots and endless phone menus. I felt compelled to leave a review and keep trying to engage with customer service because being charged for a service that's explicitly not delivered, then being ignored, is unacceptable.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, and my order isn't here next day. Why was I charged $19.95 for a service you clearly don't provide? CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the delivery timeline, and I apologize that your expectations were not met. I see your order for plano lenses, and the next-day delivery option is for expedited shipping after production.
